Shipping
UK delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
Dispatch days
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
International shipping
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. We're working on expanding our delivery options — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when we do.
Returns
Return policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Food products
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of food products unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or there's a problem with the product, please email us at pantry [at] meiyou.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or issue
- A brief description of the problem
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
Refund timeline
Once we've received and processed your return, refunds are issued within 5-7 business days. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
