Every méiyǒu product contains only ingredients you can pronounce, sourced directly from small British farms. We use no artificial additives, preservatives, or flavourings. Just pure, honest food.
Where do you source your ingredients?

We work directly with small farms across the UK. Our oats come from Scotland, our honey from English apiaries, and our nuts from trusted suppliers who share our values. We visit every farm we work with.
Are your products organic?

Many of our ingredients are organic, though not all carry official certification. We prioritise quality and sustainable farming practices over certifications, working with farmers who share our commitment to natural methods.
Do you have allergen information?

Yes, all allergen information is listed on our product pages and packaging. Our products may contain nuts, oats (gluten), and honey. If you have specific concerns, please contact us before ordering.
How long do your products last?

Our products are made in small batches without artificial preservatives, so shelf life is typically 3-6 months from production. Each product is clearly labelled with a best-before date.
Do you offer international shipping?

What is your returns policy?

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened food products. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
